Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop, manage, and execute digital content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Website Management: Oversee website updates, including content uploads, layout adjustments, and ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the sales and HR teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the HR or consulting industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
