Digital Marketing Executive (Junior) - Social Media / SEO
Nr. Northampton / Towcester (Rural location - Driving license & Transport essential)
£24k - £25k DOE
We are working with a small but fast-growing Digital Marketing agency in Northampton who are undergoing rapid expansion as they move into 2026, including moving into a custom-designed office, which will be a huge catalyst for their growth.
It’s a brilliant agency, which is founder-led and have spent 5 years building organically, delivering performance & SEO marketing growth for a portfolio of big-brand clients and gaining a fantastic reputation within the Northampton area.
The owner is passionate about his people and has zero employee turnover so far, which is testament to the culture him and his team have created. For example, this year they are visiting BrightonSEO as a team (all expenses covered) to ensure they are at the forefront of the industry.
As they continue to grow and land more clients, particularly in ecommerce brands, they’re now looking to grow their team further with a Junior Digital Marketing Executive. The role will focus on delivering Social Media Marketing campaigns for their clients as well as supporting their SEO & PPC specialists with tasks, such as keyword research, outreach and competitor / data analysis.
It’s a great opportunity for a Digital Marketer who has around 12 months+ commercial experience - either in-house or with another agency - with creating and managing data-driven, Social Media campaigns for big-brand businesses and ideally, some exposure to SEO marketing.
If you are a creative marketer with an eye for detail. Experience designing social media campaigns in Canva (or similar) and a passion for digital, we want to hear from you.
