Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Experienced)
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage multiple client accounts and develop effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Google My Business (GMB) ranking, Paid Advertising, and Campaign Strategy. The candidate should be proactive and capable of creating innovative marketing plans to help clients grow their online presence and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create content strategies and campaign ideas for social media
Handle Google My Business (GMB) optimization and ranking strategies
Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI and lead generation
Create monthly marketing strategies for different clients
Coordinate with the design and content team
Analyze competitors and market trends
Generate reports on campaign performance and growth
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of Local SEO and Google My Business ranking
Ability to create creative marketing strategies
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple client projects
Experience Required:
Minimum 1–2 years in Digital Marketing
Preferred:
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
