Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at International Youth Club. As a Digital
Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing
strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online presence, and generate leads. This is a full-time
position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and
search engine optimization (SEO)
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to attract and engage target
audience
Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry advancements to ensure effective
campaigns
Identify and implement marketing automation opportunities to streamline processes
Conduct market research to identify target audience and competitor analysis
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing events and initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of content strategy, online marketing, and marketing campaigns
Proficient in content creation, including writing and designing engaging copy and graphics
Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to effectively use them for brand awareness
Analytical skills to monitor and interpret marketing analytics and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics tools
