Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, website content, and day-to-day digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Plan and publish regular content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Create reels, stories, creatives, and posts using Canva or similar tools
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
Maintain and execute a monthly content calendar
Website & Digital Content Management
Upload and update products, banners, and content on the WordPress website
Coordinate with developers for website fixes and enhancements
Monitor form submissions, WhatsApp inquiries, and website traffic
Ensure basic SEO practices and website performance standards
Technical & Marketing Support
Manage email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
Prepare basic performance reports using Google Analytics and Meta tools
Handle WhatsApp chat integrations and lead capture forms
Organize and update digital catalogs, brochures, and promotional assets
Requirements
Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, and social media platforms
Basic understanding of SEO, CMS updates, and digital marketing tools
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in a similar role
Freshers with strong digital skills and self-learning ability are welcome
Additional Details
Experience (Preferred): Social Media Management – 1–2 years
Work Location: In-person
Commute/Relocation: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Jasola, Delhi before joining
