• To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality. To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave , in order to minimize downtime.
Daily Task
• Daily Update of Project Progress to immediate superior. Weekly progress report. Monthly and Quarterly digital marketing reports for internal staff and management.
Main Tasks
1. Digital Marketing Content creation and writing, including website content, blog, bi-annual newsletter, social media. Interact with and respond to online leads, and forward enquiries to relevant departments. Track website traffic and SEO performance with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc. Conduct SEO research and analysis (e.g. keyword analysis, performance tracking, competitor gap analysis). Coordinate with 3rd party vendor to implement SEO campaign. Update and Maintain website and coordinate with 3rd party vendors (developers, hosting and other service providers). Organize and Maintain digital media library - catalogues, presentation material, photos, vidoes, etc. Create and Update presentation slides complying to Supermec Branding Guidelines. Create and Update company marketing material such as product catalogues, brochures and corporate profiles. Design promotional marketing material such as banners, leaflets and other graphic designs Conduct market research when required Perform any additional task when tasked by the supervisor
2. IT Support & Coordination Coordinate with internal IT department and with 3rd party vendors to provide IT support for Supermec staff Ad-hoc IT tasks
3. Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Maintain and housekeep Pre-Q Supporting Doc for vendor registrations in proper library. Maintain & update list of vendor Pre-Q questionnaires in the library. Coordinate internal departments to fill up and submit PQ forms. Submission of completed Pre-Q questionaire to the BD / Cluster representative for their onward actions. Follow
