Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic to our website.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and use the findings to optimize marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters, to attract and retain customers.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement, to build a strong online presence and promote brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, and use the insights to make data-driven marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective digital marketing materials, such as banners, infographics, and videos.
Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website ranking and increase organic traffic.
Plan and execute paid online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Freshers with relevant marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with web design principles and WordPress knowledge is a plus.
