The company's name is PAR Solution. We're currently a family of 100+employees. The company is located at APMC market, Krushi Bazaar, Ring Road, Surat. We're an IT company of 100+ employees and are still growing. Our work palette includes software development, app development, web development, cloud services, digital marketing and graphic designing work for international clients. Job Responsibility: • Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve marketing objectives. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies. • Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to reach and engage them effectively. • Work with the content team to produce high-quality ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with our audience. • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance metrics. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign progress and insights. • Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness. • Conduct A/B testing to determine the best use of budget resources. • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. • Implement new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role. • Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
