Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.

• Create engaging and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns, such as blog posts, social media updates, emails, landing pages, and advertisements.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates.

• Manage social media accounts and online communities, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the design, development, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.

• Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to digital marketing, privacy, and data protection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT industry.

• Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.

• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer behavior.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in digital marketing
