Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy:
• Create and manage a multi-channel social media strategy to foster community engagement and build a positive brand presence.

Content Creation and Management:

Analytics and Reporting:
• Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize and refine the social media strategy over time.
SEO and SMM Optimization:
• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Utilize SMM techniques to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Community Engagement and Management:
• Foster a vibrant and engaged community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Implement strategies to increase follower base and engagement levels.
Qualifications and Skill Set:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a social media management role.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social media platforms.
• Sound knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing (SMM) and paid advertising campaign
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
