Job Description:
Analyzing current paid campaigns and estimating delivery potential of the same Strategizing and execution of online campaigns using delivery tools like email marketing, SMS and new communication vehicles like whatsapp, re-targeting etc.Extensively developing and designing client specific communication for email marketing campaignsAnalyzing previous paid campaigns of top brands/revenue clients using tools like Google Analytics, Keyword planner and other data management systems (internal and external)Closely working with Sales team on ideation of pitching and development of proposals for acquiring new brands and renewal/upgradation of existing top brandsDeep diving into existing product/site performance data and developing reports that will assist Sales team and product management team with relevant insights.
Required Skills :
Monitoring and strategizing /planning to meet delivery gaps from paid campaigns
Nurturing existing leads via email, SMS, Whatsapp, and WhatsApp, as well as remarketing. Meetings to discuss campaign delivery ensure campaign delivery is discussed in client meetings with the Sales team conducting a webinar and a Whatsapp session online. Campaign delivery commitment.
Working closely with the design team on email creatives for clients' brand promotion and lead generation and executing the same with relevant database targeting.Identify traffic behavior for a particular client brand through regular surveys.It is expected that the associate will work closely with sales, marketing, design, product, technology, and SEO departments.
Desired Skills :
2-4 years of experience in campaign management and customer success role.Proficient in E-mail marketing, online communication and knowledge of social media.Basic understanding about functioning and usage of Google Analytics and other data management tools.Experience with various marketing channels (Email, SMS, push notifications).Should regularly monitor and report key metrics around campaign delivery for key customers.Strong analytical bent of mind; excellent with data/numbers.Excellent communication skills (written and oral).Strong sense of ownership and ability to liaison across function
