Responsibilities of candidates include:
You'll be in charge of establishing a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost traffic and aid in client acquisition as a digital marketing specialist.
Primary Work Responsibilities are as below
1) Daily Social Media Post Creation and Posting ( Reel Creation, Post Creation and Content Creation )
2) Graphic design creation for Blog Post ( as per branding Guidelines )
3) Reposting of Blog Articles on Different Social Platform and official Blog
4) Search engine optimization (SEO) for all pages, Post and Blog using OffPage Optimization and Onpage Optimization
5) YouTube Video Creation and YouTube reel Creation and Posting on a Daily Basis
6) Email Template Creation and Sending emails using Email marketing platform to Different List and Groups of people
7) Monitoring AND Reporting (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Blog ) on a daily Basis
8) Collaboration with an Influencer ( micro Influencer ) to get reposted our Content on their platform for Free or using Barter System
10) Collaborate with designers and Video Team to improve user experience
Software and Tool Experience
Must have excellent knowledge of Below tools and software to manage and control the complete system
1 Canva
2 Adobe Premier Pro
3 Video Editing Tools
4 Graphic Design Tools ( photoshop, Express )
5 meta Business
6 Open AI
7 Email Template ( HTML Basic Design )
8 WordPress Administration
Interview Process
1 Face to Face Interview
2 Design works to design some Creative
3 Video test - test video creation skills
Salary and Incentive
Freshers will be Join between Rs 10,000 to 12500 Monthly for the First 3 Months,
then After 3 Months promoted in the range from Rs 12500 to 15000
After Completion of 6 Months Rs 18000 onward salary for successful candidates who able to perform
