Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in running and managing social media campaigns and social media posts. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of enhancing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and manage engaging social media content (graphics, videos, and captions) to improve brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Develop and implement content calendars for regular posting and audience engagement.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce high-quality digital marketing assets.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand image.
Run paid social media ad campaigns, optimize budgets, and track ROI.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors
To improve SEO positions for target keywords.(Optional)
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics,
NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media management & campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva.
Excellent understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and brand management.
Good knowledge of SEO and website analytics is a plus.
Strong communication skills and creativity in marketing strategies.
Focus should be on content creation, design of posts and publishing on social media platform
