Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and paid ads)
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media
Track KPIs and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush
Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align messaging and UX
Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools
Required Skills
SEO & SEM: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Analytics: Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Hotjar, Mixpanel
Social Media: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer, Hootsuite
Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign
Content & CMS: WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Grammarly
Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, creativity, communication, adaptability, data fluency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
