Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the marketing strategy.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions.
• Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
• Content Marketing:
• Develop and manage content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
• Create high-quality content including blogs, infographics, videos, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce content.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
• Plan and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Create segmented email lists and tailor messages to specific audiences.
• Track and analyze email campaign performance.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Collaboration and Team Management:
• Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Manage and mentor junior digital marketing staff as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and PPC.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
