DESIGNATION : DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN
ROLE DEFINITION
Marketing Executive is one who is responsible for Handling Social Media Accounts of Mod-Bit, Maintain Regular Engagements on Social Media Platforms, Running Online Advertisements for Lead Generation and Ensuring High Quality Leads are Forwarded to the Sales department
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
- Content Research for Social Media Platforms & Advertisements
- Posting Content & Running Online Advertisements on Various Digital Channels for Lead Generation
- Ensuring Social Media Engagement Growth and Generating High Quality Leads under the Designated Advertisement Budget
- Building lasting Digital connection and improving user experience
TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
Content Research for Social Media Platforms & Advertisements
- Researching across various Platforms for Engaging content ideas, posts & videos
- Researching Competitive Brand’s Advertising & Marketing methods for ideas
- Researching International Market Leaders for advertising and content ideas
- Reading Blogs and going through videos for the same
Posting Content & Running Online Advertisements on Various Digital Channels
- Preparing content for posts, online newsletters and promotional emails
- Spending 3 hours daily on posting engaging content across all social media platforms and other digital marketing channels of Mod-Bit
- Responding to customers queries, comments on different platforms to drive more engagements and actions
- Running Ads campaigns within the set Advertising Budget
- Creating Ad copies, Creatives & Landing Pages using easy drag & drop online tools
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO (keyword, image optimization etc.) and Google Analytics
Ensuring Brand Growth, Quality of Leads and Cost of Leads
- Constantly Measure performance of digital marketing efforts & track weekly, monthly Brand Growth in terms of Number of Followers, Page Likes, and Engagements etc.
- Managing all Digital Marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency through Marketing material like brochures, flyers etc. and increase brand awareness, presence & reach
- Cross checking Sample Lead Quality status for each campaign with the sales team to enhance Lead quality for higher conversions
- Managing and Optimizing Campaigns for better Cost per Lead
- Coming up with innovative advertising methods for keeping cost per lead in control
Building lasting Digital connection and improving user experience
- Assist senior management in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Hire and develop interns who can provide exceptional customer experiences

# of Page Followers per month - 500
# of blogs/ posts/ video views per month - 5000
# of Messages and comments - 300
# of leads generated per month – 150
# cost per lead – (33 - 67) (=5000XXXXXX/150)
