Job Description
Responsibilities:-
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across different platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital publishers.
• Work closely with the Graphic and Video team, providing critical data-based insights to enhance the creation of compelling creatives, both video and static.
• Lead social media handlers and guide them with appropriate strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
• Assist in guiding the overall marketing strategy, including SEO, CRM, mailer campaigns, donor retention programs, monthly giving programs, and volunteer programs.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing practices and tools, implementing them to drive higher efficiencies across media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the tech and operations team to maintain data accuracy by capturing and organizing data points on a regular basis, including daily, weekly, and monthly levels.
Requirements:-
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and is available for full time internship.
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
