Job Description
CSTech Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore, India.
Potential conversion to FTE
Stipend - up to 12k per month as FTE and up to 30000 as FTE .
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising.
Perform keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Develop and implement strategies to increase website visibility, drive organic traffic, and generate leads.
Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive user engagement.
Create and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion paths to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze website analytics, campaign performance, and key metrics to identify trends and insights for optimization.
Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, development) to create engaging and impactful marketing assets.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them in marketing campaigns.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
Work Environment:
This position is based in our Bangalore office and requires the candidate to work from the office. Requirements:
0-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, and sales funnel designing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
Experience in managing social media platforms and implementing social media marketing strategies.
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and hands-on experience with PPC campaigns.
Ability to design and optimize sales funnels to drive conversions and achieve marketing goals.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
