Job Description
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs & Plan Marketing Accordingly
2. Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
3. Trend Analysis
4. Interfacing with mapping of requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.
5. Business Planning, Strategy and Analysis support to Business Head.
6. Identify Gaps, problems, analyses root cause and provide solutions which help to increase the efficiency of the Sales & Marketing Operations.
7. Perform research and analysis in support of Marketing Operations.
8. Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
+. Help launch new initiatives
10. May perform additional tasks upon request for day to day operations
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
3. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Preferred Location : Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
