Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. Interns must work in accordance with DTNA’s core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.

Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.

The digital marketing intern will support the Digital Marketing team to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms, including brand websites, consumer apps, email marketing campaigns & Highspot, sales enablement platform, for Freightliner, Western Star and Detroit brands. Additionally, this role will assist with digital marketing efforts, including standard website updates and website redesigns.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $30 per hour.

What You Drive At DTNA
• Assist with standard website updates including copy and imagery for Freightliner, Western Star and Detroit brands
• Participate in website redesign projects, including user experience & user interface (UX/UI)
• Support marketing automation platform (Marketo), including coordination with internal stakeholders and agency partners to assist with email campaigns and implement blog onto websites
• Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Implement updates and changes to our sales enablement platform, Highspot
• Provide application user testing and project coordination, including A/B testing, multi-variant testing and feedback analysis.
• Cross functionally work with various departments to create a collaborative environment
• Be an ambassador to DTNA’s inclusive and diverse culture initiatives

Knowledge You Should Bring
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD Program from an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last 12 months.
• Preferred majors: Marketing
• Time management skills
• Critical thinking (analyze marketing data and efforts against benchmarks)
• Technical aptitude
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Creative mindset
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Schedule Type:
