Job Description

CSTech Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our

team in Bangalore, India.

Potential conversion to FTE
Stipend - up to 12k per month as FTE and up to 30000 as FTE .

Responsibilities:

▪ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising.

▪ Perform keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

▪ Develop and implement strategies to increase website visibility, drive organic traffic, and generate leads.

▪ Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive user engagement.

▪ Create and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion paths to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

▪ Monitor and analyze website analytics, campaign performance, and key metrics to identify trends and insights for optimization.

▪ Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

▪ Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, development) to create engaging and impactful marketing assets.

▪ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them in marketing campaigns.

▪ Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.

Requirements

Requirements:

▪ 0-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, and sales funnel designing.

▪ Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and best practices.

▪ Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

▪ Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page and off-page optimization strategies.

▪ Experience in managing social media platforms and implementing social media marketing strategies.

▪ Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and hands-on experience with PPC campaigns.

▪ Ability to design and optimize sales funnels to drive conversions and achieve marketing goals.

▪ Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

▪ Excellent communication and writing skills.

▪ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

▪ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

▪ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
