Position: Digital Marketing Intern
Location: Glasgow (hybrid)
Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs) – We will also consider part time applicants

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and analytics. You will work closely with our team and clients to support and promote key objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, etc) by creating and scheduling engaging posts, monitoring interactions, and analysing performance metrics.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for our blog, social media, and other marketing channels, including articles, graphics, videos, and podcasts.
• Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, event promotions, and program updates.
• SEO and Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimise content for search engines, and assist in analysing website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Event Promotion: Help promote our mentorship programs, workshops, and podcasts
• through various digital channels.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform our marketing efforts.

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
◦ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
◦ Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
◦ Basic knowledge of SEO principles and email marketing tools.
◦ Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
◦ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
