Digital Marketing Intern – Champs Family Entertainment Centre

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms

Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer outreach

Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries and comments

Track campaign performance and compile analytics reports

Contribute to creative brainstorming for promotions, contests, and ad strategies

Help update website with fresh visuals, upcoming events, and promotions

Skills & Qualifications

Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends

Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Spark preferred)

Creative writing and visual storytelling ability

Familiarity with SEO, email tools (Mailchimp), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics is a plus)

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Internship Details

Duration: 3–6 months (flexible with academic schedule)

Location: On-site at Champs, with some remote work possible

Start Date: Beginning September 2024

Schedule: 10–15 hours/week, including occasional weekend coverage for live content
