We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Intern – Think Growth | Pondicherry (On-site)
Think Growth, a performance-driven marketing agency is looking for dynamic and curious minds to join our growing team in Pondicherry!

Pondicherry (On-site)
Internship Duration:
6 months (with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance)
What You’ll Learn & Do:
• Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Learn performance marketing from the ground up
• Assist in building GTM strategies for new-age tech products
• Research keywords, write ad copies, monitor campaigns
• Understand analytics, lead gen funnels, and ad platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, tech)
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong interest in digital marketing and performance ads
• Basic understanding of Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad platforms (a plus!)
• Good with research, writing, and communication
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
