We aim to inform, inspire, and engage our audience through compelling and thought-provoking articles and multimedia content. Job Description: As a Marketing Intern for our publication website, you will play a crucial role in expanding our digital presence and readership. You'll work closely with our editorial and marketing teams to strategize and execute marketing campaigns, contribute to content creation, and analyze the effectiveness of different marketing strategies. Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies to increase readership and engage the audience. • Help manage and update the publication's website with fresh content. • Collaborate with the editorial team to create engaging blog posts, articles, and newsletters. • Conduct SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities to increase website visibility in search engine results. • Manage social media accounts associated with the publication, planning and scheduling posts to align with current trends and publication releases. • Monitor website traffic and user engagement (e.g., conversions, bounce rates, and user demographics) using Google Analytics and other tools. • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and analysis. • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new projects and seasonal promotions. • Assist in the coordination of webinars, podcasts, or live events to boost brand presence. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail. • Familiarity with SEO practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). • Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
