About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Drive online listing websites like MMT, Goibibo, Air Bnb, etc.
• Optimize all the listings in order to maximize traffic on our pages
• Drive the strategic focus on the creation and distribution of exceptional social media marketing campaigns
• Drive online advertising to achieve growth in website traffic, bookings, and conversion
• Drive the creation of on-property promotions and programming while working with applicable departments to implement
• Drive social media strategy to generate an online following, including identifying power bloggers, creating and maintenance of a blog editorial calendar, and growth of all Facebook, Instagram, and future social media accounts
• Develop and drive the marketing plan
• Stay abreast of industry trends that the hotel can capitalize on
• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies associated with the consortia, wholesale, leisure, and business travel market.
• Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities and establish a leadership position in the market
• Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying clients' needs
