TheOther 2 Thirds Consulting LLP is a tech-based HR consulting start-up. The firm has developed an employee well-being and engagement model, W.E-Matter, which is the best in the world. We have also created a digital platform for surveys, analytics, consulting, and training. The firm also has a search and recruitment practice.
The firm is founded by Prashant Srivastava (an IIM-A Alumnus). He has worked as the CEO of Gallup India, partner (engagement and culture) at Aon Hewitt (a Fortune 500 company), and group CHRO of Reliance Group. He is supported by a group of consultants from premier consulting firms. Our purpose is to elevate human life and enhance business performance. Our vision for 2026 is to help transform 1000 companies in Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America and enable them to achieve multifold growth through an engaged and happy workforce. About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching and generating lists of potential customers
2. Supporting the creation and execution of outbound sales campaigns and deploying growth hacking strategies
3. Working on a B2B marketing communication project and being a part of market research or business development teams
4. Working on email and social media like LinkedIn for driving traffic to the website for lead generation
5. Writing campaign-driven content
6. Making cold calls and scheduling meetings in the targeted segment. (B2B calling)
7. Assisting and researching to prepare pitch presentations and proposals for clients
8. Building relationships with customers and proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing relationships with prospective clients
+. Analyzing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
10. Sending proposals and following up with clients post-meeting for further discussion and sign-up
11. Qualifying and helping close sales opportunities
Only those candidates can apply who:

3. are available for duration of 6 months
