Ella Foods, a group company of Bharat Biotech (makers of Covaxin) is a women entrepreneur company and was started with three objectives in mind: Benefit farmers: Buy directly, avoid the chain, Purity: a. Investment in a world-class, pharma-type, manufacturing facility - no contamination, no impurities, minimal human contact; b. Gamma irradiation of all products to ensure zero microbes; and c. Airtight, nitrogen-purged packaging and health: a. Low sodium salt - Plant-based salt, with a mix of sodium chloride and potassium chloride; and b. Usage of ancient Ayurvedic therapeutics like Ashwagandha, cinnamon, plant-based Vit D, probiotics, and many more.

The manufacturing process (for ex. Cryogenic grinding) and recipes are carefully crafted and tested to provide the best taste for all our products. Our aim is to be the No. 1 brand in India for healthy and pure foods.
