Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Conducting keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush to identify valuable keywords for SEO campaigns.
• Assisting in optimizing website content for targeted keywords, including writing meta titles, and descriptions, and ensuring keyword density is appropriate.
• Learning and implementing on-page SEO techniques such as optimizing heading tags (H1, H2, etc.), improving internal linking structure, and optimizing images for SEO.
• Supporting off-page SEO efforts by learning about backlink analysis, outreach strategies, and contributing to building high-quality backlinks through directories, forums, and guest posting.
• Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics to track traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conducting competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and using this data to inform SEO strategies.
• Assisting in preparing SEO performance reports, summarizing key metrics and insights, and providing recommendations for optimizations.
• Staying updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices through reading industry blogs, attending webinars, and participating in training sessions.
• Working closely with other team members such as content writers, developers, and digital marketers to implement SEO strategies effectively.
• Assisting in A/B testing of SEO elements such as meta tags, content variations, and call-to-action buttons to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
