Digital Marketing Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team and drive growth for our business.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of SEO, SMM, Designing, and Content Writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement marketing strategies and demonstrate strong managerial skills.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth for our business.
• Lead a team of marketers and work with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Ensure the team is fed with creative ideas and the content posted as a blog, vlog, reel, tweet, post, etc., is top quality and aligns with brand language.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic traffic.
• Manage social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Create engaging content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to make informed decisions.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and web analytics tools.
