Job description
In this role, you will be a strategic digital marketing lead responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will leverage your expertise in paid media, SEO, content marketing, and analytics to deliver high-value leads and drive business growth. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, display ads, paid social) to generate high-value leads and sales pipeline. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid search, retargeting, content syndication, and SEO initiatives. Manage paid media buys and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA). Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy development. Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging aligned with the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Conduct market. research to identify new opportunities for lead growth. Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools. Lead account-based marketing (ABM) efforts to generate high-value marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Analysis & Optimization: Analyze website traffic and conversions using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and user experience (UX) enhancements. Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal website health for SEO and UX. Draft engaging social media content in line with brand messaging. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and creatives for campaigns. Oversee the company website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion. Continuously update and enhance website content to reflect brand messaging, product offerings, and promotions. Implement strategies to drive traffic, improve engagement, and increase conversion rates on the website. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers. Stay abreast of social media trends and best practices to leverage emerging opportunities for brand promotion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media analytics platforms, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with team members, and interact with stakeholders. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ,
