Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining the brand’s online presence by working on various marketing campaigns. Will be generating demand and will be responsible for website/other customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Creating campaigns for partnerships, making brand stronger with external ties.
• Contributing in content creation, email automations and streams of digital
• Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizing user experience
• Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels
• Driving collaborations for business growth
• Evaluating emerging technologies. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Education, Expertise & Experience
• Ability to drive marketing campaigns- end to end, with a creative bend of mind to come up with inbound campaigns and drive them with team
• Good with copy & design, as lot of work will be around writing pitches, emails, decks, automation etc
• Coordination with cross functional teams to drive results
• Lead generation - develop and implement campaigns for traffic & leads
• Develop and maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders
• Market research and competitor mapping for better positioning of services.
