The job opportunity – Digital Marketing Lead
We are seeking a well-rounded Digital Marketing Executive with a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
The Digital Marketing Lead is expected to:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels such as social media, Email Marketing, Content, Creatives, and Paid Ads.
Conduct market research to understand the target audience's needs, preferences, and behaviours. Research industry trends and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies
Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns such as Google AdWords, display advertising, and social media advertising to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
Create and manage digital content such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website content to attract and engage the target audience.
Use digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush, Unmetric, etc., to measure and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with various teams such as creative, development, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of digital marketing strategies.
Communicate digital marketing strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and tools.
Proven experience in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies across various channels.
Experience in market research, digital advertising, content creation, and social media management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush, Unmetric, etc.
