THE ROLE:

Location: Remote, anywhere in India

Duration Full-time based on skills, credentials and mindset.

Stipend/Salary Range: Rs 3-10 L pa depending on experience and performance in the role.

The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering videos for digital training materials for various audiences. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing and related best practices, novel ideas, trends, audience demographics, and effective digital communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

THE ROLE:

A digital marketing lead/ manager/ specialist is like an conductor, orchestrator and influencer' who focusses on leading the digital marketing campaigns across online platforms to promote products or services. They are supported by a team of Storytellers, Researchers, UX/UI Designers and Video Editors.

They leverage their online presence to build brand awareness, engage with their audience, and drive traffic or sales for the businesses they collaborate with. Success in this role often requires a deep understanding of Digital and Social media trends, audience demographics, and effective communication strategies.

This involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, optimizing website performance, run PAID ads and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness, increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales.
• *Key Responsibilities: **

1. **Strategy Development: **

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

- Define most important social media KPIs.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

2. **Content Creation: **

- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

3. **Creating Visual Effects, Videos and Basic Graphics**:

- Collaborating with editors to integrate motion graphics, animations, & visual effects

- Ensuring seamless integration of effects with the footage.

4. **Social Media Management: **

- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

5. **Analytics and Reporting: **

- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

- Prepare reports on social media marketing efforts.

6. **Advertising and Promotion: **

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.

- Monitor ad performance and optimize as necessary

7. **Brand Advocacy: **

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.

8. **Community Engagement: **

- Engage with followers, respond to queries and comments, and manage online communities.

- Foster relationships with key influencers and industry professionals.

9. **Analytics and Measurement: ** Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like Click-through-rates (CTR), Cost per Click, Cost per impression and NPS to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments.

10. **Event Coordination: ** Planning and executing events like Digital Workshops, Webinars, or initiatives that showcase products and interact with potential users/ learners

11. **Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide marketing materials and support to help them sell hydroponic products effectively

12. **Regulatory Compliance: ** Ensuring marketing materials adhere to relevant sustainability standards and regulations, providing transparent and accurate information to consumers
• *Qualifications: **

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

- Adequate knowledge of paid ads, web design, CRO, and SEO.

- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

- Education in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Media, or Public Relations.
• *Preferred Skills**

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

- Experience with paid social media advertising.

- Graphic design skills.

- Video production and editing skills.
• *Working Conditions**

- This is a full-time Remote position anywhere in India (or globe), which could start with 3-month engagement

- Remote work and flexible hours are available.

- Occasional travel may be required for events or meetings.
