Are you a confident, experienced digital marketer ready to drive real results, manage key accounts, and fuel business growth through data-driven strategies?

We’re a fast-growing IT & Digital Marketing firm in Lucknow, looking for a full-time expert to lead campaigns, handle client accounts (India & USA), and own performance metrics across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:
• Strategize, launch & optimize Facebook/Meta Ads and other paid campaigns
• Plan and execute SEO strategies that drive traffic and conversions
• Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify growth opportunities and implement performance marketing tactics
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign delivery and results tracking
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership and client presentations
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads, SEO, campaign management)
• Proven track record in handling clients from India and the USA
• Strong communication, negotiation, and performance analysis skills
• Ability to take ownership, deliver on KPIs, and manage multiple accounts
• A goal-oriented mindset — someone who can confidently say: "I deliver results."

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow. We're looking for someone who’s committed, driven, and ready to grow with us long-term.

Strategize, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns targeting international B2B markets

Manage digital marketing efforts, including content, performance ads, and analytics

Build and optimize full-funnel strategies using content marketing, advertising, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

Drive lead generation and brand visibility through SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, and remarketing

Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and CRO to maximize global conversions

Create and manage multi-region content calendars to support brand positioning across time zones and languages

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to create region-specific marketing plans

Analyze and report on KPIs using tools like GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot, and CRM dashboards

Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, and international marketing best practices

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
