Roles and Responsibilities:
We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our Digital Marketing team to enhance brand online.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing and social media management to optimise online revenue. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets, measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Create content strategy for the business.
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Supervise, coordinate and develop a small team
• Strong digital design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required. Superior attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field, MBA a plus but not required.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
• Preferring candidate from Ecommerce or Travel & Tourism Domain.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc
