Job Description
MinoriLabs is looking for tech savvy digital marketing leaders with about 10 years of experience, who can execute the following responsibilities
• Understand the demand generation and organization reputation objectives to convert them to marketing goals and tasks for the marketing team.
• Design marketing budget to maximize results using the best combination of tech resources and skilled talent to achieve marketing outcomes.
• Identify and employ a variety of digital marketing channels to carry the corporate, product and brand messages.
• Create awareness, generate demand and position the offerings of the company to the right audience through appropriate digital channels
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
