Description
The ideal candidate will expand the client's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using omni channel online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, EDM, social media, display advertising, and programmatic buying.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content across all digital channels.
• Develop and manage website content.
• Design, build and maintain client's social media presence.
• Find and target audiences.
• Come up with a holistic digital marketing strategy for clients as per the expected outcome and budgets.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Take ownership of the accounts and manage work autonomously
• Prepare Monthly reports.
• Responsible for accuracy and deadlines for projects and campaigns.
• Ensure all plans and projects proceed according to plan and draw attention to potential problems that may occur.
• Facilitate communication between client and agency.
• Develop media plan, execute and follow up on the work.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Sustaining and growing the relationships, which translate to a growth in revenue.
• Responsible for training new recruits.
Qualifications
• MBA with 4yrs+ of work Digital Marketing experience and excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge on all the aspects of digital marketing.
• Good working knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing.
• Demonstrate creativity & originality in the work.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Content creation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Agency experience is a must
