This role is for Multiple Professionals as described more clearly below:
The 4 most important things we expect from our preferred candidates:
• 1) Hands on Experience of Managing Social Media Accounts like LinkedIn, FaceBook, Instagram and deep experience in generating leads ORGANICALLY (NOT FROM ADS) from these mediums. You should have managed at least 3-5 different types of brands and should be able to demonstrate the results you have bought to these brands.
• 2) Experience of managing a team of Graphic Designer, Content Writers, Interns Etc to get the desired results from them. You will be solely responsible for Strategizing all Digital Activities and achieving measurable results from the team.
• 3)Should be able to Join our Bangalore Office in Central Bangalore at Race Course Road Immediately as this is an immediate opening and should have great command on spoken and written English.
• 4)If you are an entrepreneur at heart, have a business background in anyway, have long term goals of dabbling with entrepreneurship or exposed to different businesses or done marketing and sales in your previous roles then that would be an additional plus and you would take to this like a fish to water
• Digital Marketing Manager (1 Position) : CTC Upto 4.8L P.A.
• Assistant Digital Marketing Managers: (2 Positions): CTC Upto 3.6L P.A.
• This will be revised based on your performance at the end of your initial probation period.
