Job Summary
Looking for a person to lead the digital business - digital marketing, customer acquisition spends, customer fulfillment support partnerships & CRM solutions, digital assets (website, mobile app, etc), etc. An ability to manage the end to end business operations with a high degree of independence & self-starter attitude is key. As a member of the Oben Electric marketing team, the digital marketing Lead will be primarily responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing the Digital projects in line with the overall business objectives, priorities, and messaging. A specialist in ROI-driven campaigns with strong analytical abilities, and attribution models who can plan for launches, and sustenance in line with the overall brand approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Google ecosystem tools (DV360, Search Ads, Google Analytics, Campaign managers, etc), Adobe CX stack ( Content Management System/CMS, Campaign Tools etc), UI/UX management for digital assets, MS Dynamics CRM or similar CRM solutions
• Managing digital marketing and performance marketing spends and lead generation opportunities across the funnel (Brand, SEO, SEM, Paid Campaigns, Display Campaigns, Affiliate partners, etc.) for new customer acquisition as well as campaigns for existing customers. Understanding of ad agency networks is needed.
• Digital onboarding journeys, effective User experience management and quality parameters of digital assets to move up the digital maturity curve in line with best in class practices
• CRM management – SF Sales cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service cloud.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines around advertisements, outsourcing, data & information security etc for day to day operations
• Overall understanding of P/L (revenue, cost, margins), Business planning & governance, internal reporting & productivity tools
• Ability to manage internal staff, external partners as explained above plus ecommerce platform regulatory certifications and managing internal stakeholders (compliance, finance, leadership teams etc)
• Responsible to carry out effective SEO & SEM strategies to increase visibility, reach and conversions.
• Drive different ad types with strict ROI objectives and allocate assigned budgets smartly (search, display, remarketing, shopping ads etc.)
• Performance reporting (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Optimize copy with landing pages for search engine marketing optimization
• Identifying best affiliates to work on campaigns
What would you need
• Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Digital marketing, E-commerce & content creation
• Strong analytical & strategy skills
• ROI driven goals & objectives
• Hunt to bring good volumes and bringing the Cost-per-click / conversion down
• Strong experience in programmatic ad serving
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, Facebook, display advertising campaigns and email
• Complete knowledge about downstream metrics of performance marketing
• Strong knowledge on attribution models
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook & other display campaigns
• An understanding of HTML, CSS and the capabilities of web browsers is a big plus
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user- cantered design solutions
