Job Purpose
As the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) you will be responsible to deliver a best in class, personalized experience across Haleon Digital Platform Assets (Websites, Apps, D2C, WhatsApp bots etc) while helping build further the awareness and equity of our brands
Working closely with the Digital Platform Tech Product Owner/Platform Owner, you will also work alongside business owners and leaders of all Haleon product categories, eCom, Expert Marketing to build and deliver the solutions ecosystems and integrations for these domains.
Working within a cross-functional team to prioritize features, define milestones, assess risks, and help projects meet deadlines. This role includes managing stakeholders, working closely with and being the single point of contact for cross-functional internal teams, key vendor partners as well as external agencies so that we deliver on the business and user objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will be a change agent to establish and maintain oversight of the all-Digital Platform Assets (Websites, Apps, D2C, Whatsapp bots etc)
• Be the single point of contact for internal and external teams regarding platform set-up, support, etc.
• In collaboration with Brand Digital Marketing Managers, co-create best in class platform communication and personalization.
• Participate in discovery and proof of concepts for both for new technologies that can enhance the existing and new Digital Platform and in overcoming pain points/quick wins to satisfy the needs of the business today and building future capabilities
• Be primary contact of Digital Governance and ensure all Digital Tech platforms & brand assets (Social handles, Youtube channels etc) are compliant and go through regular compliance checks

Qualification and Preferred Experience:
• Master's degree from Premium institute.
• Minimum Marketing experience of 4 years+
• Expert understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand. Proven experience in digital marketing in an agency, CPG company or telecom Experience of digital tech projects management and implementation
• Strong analytical skills – strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
• Proficiency using tools to track and report asset traffic and metrics
• Knowledge of web analytics & its application
• Understanding of the principles of design for digital communications
• Experience in engaging with reputed digital agencies
• Keen understanding of brand positioning, brand strategies and demonstrated ability to carry this understanding into the digital space
• Awareness of latest trends and examples of industry best practices in the digital space
