We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at our Growth Marketing Agency, SquashCode. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance our clients' online presence.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of driving digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Proficient in using various digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
• A firm believer in data who can weave stories around numbers
• Aggressive about meeting goals & timelines and a great communicator having strong listening skills
Job Responsibility
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for improving marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, landing pages, and ad copy that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, conversion rates, and website analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve them.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the marketing team, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Playing a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
