About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Google Ads Campaign Manager.
This role requires someone with 4 to 6 years of experience specifically in managing Google Ads
campaigns, including campaign creation, execution, optimisation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Search,
Display, Video, PMax and UAC campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to ensure optimal performance
and alignment with campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, analysing key metrics and KPIs to identify
areas for improvement.
Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to continuously improve campaign
performance and ROI.
Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices to leverage
opportunities for campaign optimisation.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to
stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the creative team, to ensure ad creatives align
with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Implement conversion tracking and other tracking mechanisms to accurately measure campaign
effectiveness and attribution.
Work closely with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing
strategies and objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital advertising
platforms to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign creation,
execution, reporting, and optimisation.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including proficiency in campaign setup, keyword
research, ad copywriting, and targeting options.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve
campaign performance.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and other optimisation techniques to enhance
campaign effectiveness.
Familiarity with Google Ads reporting tools and the ability to generate comprehensive reports for
stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present campaign
performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns
and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic
work environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital advertising platforms
