Responsibilities:
1) Social Media Management :-
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media to reach and engage our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement and increased audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing content aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on social media trends identifying new opportunities to expand our digital reach.
2) Sales Support :-
• Collaborate with the sales department to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.
• Create targeted campaigns and materials to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive conversions.
• Utilize digital marketing tools, like email marketing and retargeting, to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the sales team, promoting collaboration and alignment between departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for effective brand communication.
Experience in utilizing digital marketing techniques such as SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising
