• Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Monitor SEO metrics and generate reports to track performance.
Social Media Optimization (SMO):
• Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and monitor social media trends.
• Analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.
• Stay proactive in seeking feedback and incorporating it into future strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO and SMO techniques, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
