Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Head to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence. The Digital Head will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies to achieve our marketing and business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various online channels.
· Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, Copy, Production, Client Servicing to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
· Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, including Paid media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
· Analyze data and leverage analytics tools to identify key insights and optimize digital marketing performance.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
· Drive website optimization and user experience enhancements to maximize conversion rates and improve overall customer journey.
· Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to achieve the best possible ROI.
· Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and implement them into the company's digital strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 5- 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
· Proven track record of successfully driving digital marketing initiatives that resulted in increased brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
· Experience with data analysis and proficiency in using analytics platforms to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex digital concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative digital strategies.
· Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
