Account Management:
• Planning and Strategizing SM content for various platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends.
• Scheduling and uploading posts regularly.
• Engaging with our audience to ensure higher engagement rates.
• Community Building with our Audience and developing a good brand image.
• Collaborating with the Graphic Design team to ensure high-quality content.
• Tracking SM analytics and implementations.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
• Identify key marketing channels and tactics to reach and engage potential customers effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Generate engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Gather customer feedback, insights, and preferences to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
• Use customer data to segment audiences and create personalised marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Brainstorm with relevant teams for client pitches and the execution of briefs.
• Oversee and review all content posted on social media platforms.
• Attend and coordinate shoots and music recordings as required.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced work.
• Review and share weekly/daily reports with clients.
• Facilitate client onboarding processes.
• Review and vet presentations created by the team for client meetings, internal management meetings, and case studies.
• Propose new concepts to existing clients based on their specific needs.
• Be responsible for ensuring the growth of the account and driving engagement
