Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SMM, Display advertising campaigns, E-commerce campaigns.
• Expertise in managing performance driven digital marketing agencies
• Expertise in media buying & affiliate marketing
• Plan social media Performance calendar in coordination with the social media team and the timely deployment of those campaigns on a regular basis.
• Develop a daily/ weekly dashboard of all performance marketing campaigns
• Coordination with content writers, graphic designers, and internal agronomist for the creation of Ad creatives/Copies
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify digital trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
