We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pet care industry, a proven track record in designing and implementing exclusive campaigns, and expertise in managing digital channels such as WhatsApp, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through various digital avenues.
Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on creating exclusive campaigns to promote pet care products and services.
• Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to resonate with specific consumer segments.
WhatsApp Marketing:
• Design and implement WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with customers, provide exclusive offers, and drive sales.
• Utilize WhatsApp Business API features to enhance customer communication and support.
Email Marketing:
• Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement and conversions.
E-commerce Management:
• Oversee the digital storefront on e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of digital campaigns and e-commerce activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for optimization.
Cross-Channel Integration:
• Implement strategies to ensure seamless integration and consistency across digital channels, including social media, email, WhatsApp, and e-commerce platforms.
Budget Management:
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources appropriately, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.Collaboration with Creative Teams:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling digital assets for campaigns and promotions.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and e-commerce within the pet care industry.
• Implement emerging technologies and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and campaign management.
