With a pan-India presence, Tisser works closely with artisans and weavers in different clusters across the country to bring skillfully made and crafted products to customers, while creating livelihoods in rural areas.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies. They will oversee marketing campaigns, analyze data, monitor trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online engagement and customer acquisition. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online presence and enhancing brand visibility.
Qualifications
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Experience in lead generation and marketing strategies
• Proficiency in web analytics and data-driven decision making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in the artisan industry or social enterprises is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
